Men’s Morning Bible Study
A group of men gather every Wednesday morning at 7:00am via Zoom. Discussions center on our lives as men in Christ’s community of faith. Join us as we discuss what it means to follow Christ in loving God and neighbor.
Midweek Bible Study
Looking at the upcoming texts for the next Sunday, a group gathers every Wednesday at 1:00pm via Zoom. In looking at the texts, we discuss how the biblical texts inform our relationship with God and with one another.
Thursday Bible Fellowship
We meet the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month at 7:00 pm from September to June via Zoom to study a book of the Bible in depth. All are welcome. We are a self-led group, so we take turns leading the study. We take time each session to check in with each other, and end each session with prayers for any concerns the group might have. On months when there is a fifth Thursday of the month, we gather for an in person potluck. These activities emphasize the fellowship part of our name.
Sacred Conversations
A monthly gathering on a Sunday afternoon at 3:00pm in the lounge for people to discuss living out their faith in today’s world. We engage deep questions and share stories.
Tuesdays at Trinity
Once a month during the program year (May-September) Trinity’s Bits & BItes hosts a monthly lunch that includes fellowship, education, and entertainment. The lunch begins at 12:00pm and is held in our Social Hall.
Trinity Quilters
Everyone is welcome to come and help create quilts which are sent to Lutheran World Relief every October. LWR distributes them to people in need overseas and in the US. These quilts bring warmth on a cold night, shelter from the sun on a hot day. They can become a bed, a room divider, a backpack to carry belongings, and at times even a home. We meet year round in the Quilting Room at the top of the north stairs on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month from 9:30 – 12:00 and on the Wednesdays following from 3:00 – 5:00. Everyone is welcome. No sewing experience is needed as there are many tasks for willing hands. Some can even be done at home.
Prayer Shawl Group
Once a month a group made up of knitters, crocheters, and folks who would just like to join in fellowship gather once a month on a Saturday at 10:00 AM in the lobby of the front entrance of Trinity Church. The next meeting date is determined at each meeting. We knit or crochet prayer shawls, baptismal blankets and prayer squares to be shared with people in the life of Trinity and beyond.
